Pleasure anglers have reported excellent catches in the sunshine this week with plenty of double figure carp being taken off the top, falling to bread or dog biscuit. 4 or 6 mm feed pellet has been producing well with maggot, meat and corn on the hook. Plenty of fish showing in the margins now particularly late on.
Next weekend is a Bank Holiday so there will be no league match although we will still have an open on Sunday and Monday. Draw will be at 10 am fishing 11 am to 4 pm on both days. They are to be run as two separate matches but there will be an extra prize to fish for for anglers who attend both days. Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
