The rifle range is proving to be very popular with more and more new members each week.  Saturday and Sundays are the busiest but we are open 7 days a week and with the evenings drawing out we are open later so why not come along after work to wind down after a hard day?

We have now come to the end of the season for delivering fish but we are happy to take orders for next season and plan to start netting and making deliveries between November 2009 and March 2010.

To make it a little more interesting if you could give me your name, age (not essential!) and perhaps the date, weather conditions, bait used etc it will make it more interesting for others to read.  You might like to mention which town you live in (don't need your full address) and how long you have been coming to Furnace Mill.  Are you a top match fisherman or maybe it is the first time you have tried your hand at angling?

I get lots of enquiries about accommodation in the area and I am compiling a list of suitable places.  At the moment I have only a few that have been recommended by customers so if you have stayed somewhere that you were happy with please get in touch (or ask them to) so that I can include them on this site.

Alternatively if you are a hotelier or operate a bed and breakfast in the area and are prepared to welcome fishermen (and women) please get in touch.
